The core of the facial mask is 3-layer of non-woven fabric, as below
1. Out layer: SBPP spunbond polypropylene
2. Filter layer: MBPP meltbond polypropylene MBPP, BEF>95%
3. Inner layer: SBPP spunbond polypropylene
This is 3ply non-woven disposal mask.
l Nose clip
Mask should come with a nose clip, which is made of a malleable material, not necessarily metal, malleable plastic also available. Noce clip length ≥8cm
l The mask belt
The fracture force at the connection between the strap and the belt is not less than 10N
l Synthetic blood penetration
The synthetic blood is sprayed at 16kPa (120mmHg-diastolic pressure of the heart) on the outside of the mask, should be no penetration of the inside of the mask.
l Bacterial filtration
BEF>95%, mainly by physical electrostatic absorption
l Particle filtration
The filtering rate of the mask for non-oily particles is≥30%
l Pressure difference
Air exchange pressure difference≤49Pa
l Flame retardant
Mask material should be non-flammable and burn≤5s after leaving the fire
l Microbial content
Non-sterile masks: microbial content<100cfu/g
Sterilization mask should be sterile
l Ethylene oxide residue
Ethylene oxide sterilized masks, which should be≤10μg/ g
